Property Damage
Mr. Trolard represented homeowners who sued their two homeowners association after flood water resulting from a horse trail caused damage to their property. The case settled just before a jury was selected, and the plaintiffs received reimbursement money and a new fully installed drainage device to stop the flooding.

Personal Injury
In this personal injury case, Mr. Walters, a 90 year old famous inventor of low light vision enhancers and a pedestrian was struck and killed by a car while walking to the Hyatt in Westlake Village, California. Attorney Trolard successfully recovered money for Mr. Walters surviving spouse.

His areas of practice include estate planning, wills and trusts, probate, civil litigation, bankruptcy and dispute resolution. Mr. Trolard is a member of the Ventura County Bar Association. He has a B.S. degree from Southern Illinois University and a J.D. degree from the Ventura and Santa Barbara College of Law, a small private law school in Santa Barbara, California. He has conducted civil trials in local courts, represented creditors and debtors in bankruptcy proceedings, and served as a judge pro temp in the local court and started the probate fraud institute. One of his civil cases resulted in a published decision by the California Court of Appeals which was upheld by the California Supreme Court. Another civil case became known worldwide and was featured on Dateline, CBS News, Fox News, ABC News, Bullseye TV of London, and Mr. Trolard was interviewed by Geraldo Rivera, Gretta Van Susterin and Catherine Crier of Court TV.
Trusts
Mr. Strier, had received settlement money for medical care which he had placed in a special needs trust. He became suspicious that his attorney and trustee were stealing money and he hired Attorney Trolard to represent him. Soon after, Mr. Strier shot his previous attorney while he was high on Demerol® and Oxytocin.
