I am writing to compliment the extraordinary work of your employee, Jeff, who worked in our home yesterday. Jeff worked tirelessly, without a break, from 9am until about 6pm. I have seldom seen such professionalism, determination and skill. We had been prepared to have to give our couches (covered with layers of dog-oil, dirt, newsprint, popsicle stains and 2 teenage boys!...) a decent burial! Jeff left them looking like new. This is no exaggeration!

Additionally, Jeff is very polite, professional, and an outstanding credit to your company.

Don't ever use this company. They actually deserve NO stars but I didn't want you to think I just forgot. They sent one kid to clean my carpet. He refused to move furniture, and did not even vacuum before doing the cleaning process. He assured me the process would clean my carpet. I (and the guy who was painting my upstairs that day) tried to tell him he needed to vacuum, as the ceilings had been recently scraped and there was a lot of ceiling dust in the carpet, and my own vacuum was broken so I hadn't vacuumed in a few weeks. I was an idiot and let him continue, as I really needed the carpet cleaned by the weekend and I didn't think I could get anyone else on such short notice. During the process he could see that he should have vacuumed as some pet hair was coming up to the surface of the carpet, so he said, "We recommend that you vacuum after it dries". I called to complain and one of the owners came a few days later to do it over. I showed him the stuff I vacuumed out with my new vacuum cleaner after the so-called "cleaning". He said, Well I can't be responsible for what someone else did". He was the OWNER OF THE BUSINESS. I still get mad every time I think about it. Now I use Chem-Dry Carpet Tech, another franchise of Chem-Dry, and they do a GREAT Job! Call them!
