Emergency PC Repair

Shawn was a life saver. My livelihood is connected to my laptop. I would not be able to make money if I didn't have it. Yesterday, I cracked the screen of my computer and wasn't able to see anything. I called a few people in my area and they all said it was going to cost $190 to $250 to fix with a 3-5 day turn around. I can't be away from my work for that long. This is a business laptop.



I found Shawn's site and decided to call and try him. He was $140 flat to fix. He had my computer fixed within 24 hours and went above and beyond by adding some virus protection programs for free. He was nice and quick with answering phone calls. He went out of his way with getting my speciality sized screen and kept me updated throughout the entire process. He was able to get me in the same day I called, had very reasonable prices, and once he fixes everything not only was my computer good as new and much faster, he took the time to walk me through some of the reasons why my computer got messed up in the first place so I could avoid those issues in the future. I googled "emergency computer service" in the middle of the night and called a couple of places but no one was available. Emergency PC Repair stuck out to me for some reason so I called first thing the next morning. I distraughtly told Shawn my C drive had completely been WIPED out and not backed up anywhere. He was HONEST in telling me how difficult it may be to restore my data. He also HONESTLY told me how lengthy the process may take. Twice now I have taken my computers to Shawn and has done an excellent job within a VERY reasonable time and a VERY reasonable rate. One was a desktop of which just kept locking up and the other my laptop to upgrade from Windows Vista to Windows 7. He is very knowledgeable and happy to find him close to our house! I accidentally deleted personal photos and then made the matter worse by downloading software to try to fix the situation :-(.
