Signed up and paid in advance for a NRA instructor course, was forced to cancel before the class date due to a family emergency and I am now being relocated for a job so taking the course in the future at this location will not be possible for me. After multiple calls asking for a refund over a period of weeks because no one would return my calls with a answer I was finally informed that a refund would not be possible due to the fact that my class materials had already been bought and paid for before I cancelled the class. (Keep in mind that no where on their website is their mention of a no refund policy.)
I then asked for my class materials since they have already been paid for, and I was told that they did not have them and they would be able to mail them to me in approx two months when their next NRA instructor course was being held. (Can you see the look of confusion on my face).
So now, I am out $285.00 (no instructor cert and no course materials).
Would'nt it make sense that they could refund my money and use my course materials that wont be available for two months on the next student that signs up for the class in two months. HMMMMMMMMM
Poor customer service and very poor made up as you go policy.
