We sincerely apologize for your bad experience here at our nail salon. However, there are a few things that I want to say in order to resolve your misconceptions and misunderstandings.We did indeed have a sign indicating that we accept cash only. Regarding your misunderstanding, please do not infer that we are prejudice towards people of many kinds. The color of your skin, whatever type of person you are, etc... does not relate to this business.This is a business for us to get a living. We accept anyone who wants our services and are willing to pay for those services. Furthermore, we told you to leave something behind so that you would come back to pay for our services that we have provided you. People would come back for their phone/ id, but they would not come back for a check. Thank you.

This place is absolutely horrible. Terrible customer service. This was my first time visiting this nail salon. I just moved into town. there was no sign in the salon indicating that it was a cash only establishment. But after the service was complete us when they told me. So I asked where is the nearest ATM, the owner and his wife told me across the street. So I said no problem I will be right back.., they proceeded to to tell me that I had to leave my phone or my id, which I declined to do that ...because I was coming right back... The husband then tells me I can't leave unless I give them something ... So I said here's a check and I'll be right back.... They still continued to say I couldn't leave the salon. Long story short a customer in the salon said she would vouch for the money and she didn't even know me... The owner and his wife said yes because you can trust her we can't... Inferring that black people can trust each other. I have never been so disrespected. In addition, I brought my own nail polish so this business had nothing to lose.... But they have lost a good potential customer. And the quality of the service provided wasn't the best. I would encourage all people of color to stay clear of this prejudice establishment.
