Just had the worst customer service experience of my life here. I had called in my order and when i got there to pick it up Gary went inside and I stayed in the vehicle and they told him that they didn't have an order for us. So I called back and told the same girl that took my order that she was the one who took it to begin with and she said that they had forgot to put my order in. So I told them to put it in and we would wait but I expected to have a discount because this incident was their fault. The girl told me that she couldn't do that so I told her to get the manager. She then returned back to the phone and told me the manager said that they couldn't discount the food. So I told her to put the manager on the phone and the manager or so I was told the OWNER came to the phone and as I tried to explain my situation she interupted me and told me I wasn't gettin a discount and slammed the phone down in my ear. I called back and asked for the owner and the same person came back to the phone and told me she was the owner and this was my fault because I didn't stay and wait for my food....REALLY??????This is how you treat your customers. You just lost a very good customer and I hope anyone who reads this will think twice before giving you their business!!!!!!!!!!!!!
