I feel so lucky to have gone to Chef John Folse Culinary Institute. Teachers will take you under their wings and teach you everything they know.

The school is not very big so you are able to get a chance to access a lot of top-notch equipment. You are also able to easily develop professional relationships with the faculty because of the smaller size of the institute. It is a great learning environment with many opportunities for its students

I absolutely loved going to Chef John Folse Culinary Institute. I built great relationships with the staff and 5 years after graduation can still walk in and say hi and they remember me!

I greatly enjoyed my time at Chef John Folse Culinary School. It was real world experience from Chef's who have extensive backgrounds. It was worth every penny and I wouldn't be where I am today if it wasn't for this school and all the amazing teachers.

I have a lot of family who have come to this school and I decided to go here because I heard such great things from them. I am very happy I made that decision because I have enjoyed going to the school very much.
