I highly recommend Zippy Shell... I needed my house empty to paint, replace all my flooring, and do some remolding. A friend of mine recommended Zippy Shell, a moving and storage company... said they would wrap every item and place inside a big pod like shell, that was secured against entry with my own lock until returned. Then the truck with the shell inside takes it to their climate controlled warehouse for storage. Upon request, they return, unwrap, and place your belongings wherever you want them to be placed. My friend even said the first month of storage is FREE so I called and couldn't be more pleased I did! Michele is the heart of the company and from the beginning to the end, customer service extraordinaire. She thoroughly explained the company's services and fees and sent Arthur to provide me with a free estimate. Arthur measured, gave me an estimated cost then patiently answered all my questions. Upon acceptance, Michele scheduled the trucks, kept me informed throughout, and followed up to make sure all was going well and I that I was satisfied. The moving crew, Carlos, Jacob and Darius are not only super strong and hard working but they are also very kind, courteous, and respectful of me and my property. They worked tirelessly and expediently, yet securely wrapped every item I had to be stored and just as carefully unwrapped every item at delivery to ensure my property was not damaged. I was able to orchestrate where every piece of furniture needed to go and they even helped me put sliders under the heavy pieces of furniture... being small in stature that considerate service was a blessing. Moreover both pickup and delivery, they cleaned up before they left my property. I highly recommend Zippy Shell... the service is great, the fees are reasonable, and the staff and crew are first class!!!
