        We have a customer lounge where you can wait and have coffee, tea, water or other types of refreshing beverages while your repair is being done. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops nearby in Market Street. The Woodlands Mall is also nearby. Maybe customers like to go have lunch for about an hour in the Market Street area while we repairing their smart phone or other device.

        I hag my Samsung S4 Active screen replaced before somewhere else. About 8 months later the touch controls just up and stopped working. I looked around my area in Spring, Texas, but all the shops had either closed or said it would cost more than my cell was worth. I Googled The Woodlands area and this shop popped up. I called and the gal said bring it in and she'd have a look, "for free!" Couldn't turn that down. The place is a bit hard to find, but the service can't be beat. She tool it apart, checked it out, fixed the problem with, what I thought a McGiver trick. It turned out to be a missing piece of special tape. Then she didn't even charge me for it. I couldn't believe it!

        Suffice to say, she CLEARLY knows what she's doing and isn't out there just to ripe us off, like those kiosks in the malls are.

        There's more to the story, but you'll have to ask her. She does like Chick-fil-A though ;》

        Excellent Service. After putting my iPhone through the washing machine Jamee tested it and gave me honest opinion that my phone was not economically repairable. An honest opinion is sometimes difficult to find, especially when it is provided at NO cost.

        Impeccable Service

        Gerald and Jamee offer a great service that flat out beats anyone out there, especially anyone replacing a screen in the mall. They replaced my I-phone screen and the LCD, which many don't offer and they gave me a 90 day warranty. Most definitely use them for all your gadgets.
