I called my insurance company to find out where I was covered (Aetna HMO) as I'm from Pa. they recommended this place. I went there with alot of right knee pain and swelling. After the usual 4 pages of paper work and my co pay, my wait was about an hour to get taken to one of the 8 rooms that the patients are placed in for the Dr. to see. I first was seen and questioned by a PA who was very cordial and personable. He verified and questioned when a doubt arose while entering my data. I saw the Dr., I was surprised as I thought these places only had PA's. You could tell the Dr. was very busy and he got right to diagnosing the knee. He opened the door called for a knee wrap there was a guy there in 30 seconds, wrapped it, explained about pressure and gone in under 2 min. Although I felt an x-ray was needed, the Dr. did not. I actually felt alot better than expected the day after. Prescriptions were written. I will keep my walks to <5 miles until it is back to regular form. I do recommend this place for treatment. I have an extensive intensive medical history. They answered my questions and concerns. A wait yes, but I have had alot longer waits. Thank You to the dedicated workers there. A pleasant experience.

Firstly, I am in NO way connected with this Urgent Care by work, relation, marriage or friendship. To the dear soul complaining of the lack of call backs regarding prescription medicine renewal . . . sorry for your experience. However, as an adult in your right mind, there comes a time when one must become accountable for one's decisions. If no call backs are forth coming . . . move on to a provider who will give the type of service you seek. Often it turns out the patient needs to be re-assessed to ensure the medication is working properly (hypertension, diabetes etc.). Patients frequently want the refill without the requisite check up. The provider is on the hook for a poor outcome if no good faith effort was made to check you out and instead just called in a prescription. And unfortunately, if there is a poor outcome, that SAME patient may be one that will throw the provider under the bus for agreeing to cut corners on their care at THEIR request! Medical care is NOT like Burger King, you will NOT get it your way! Just part of being safe!
Bad new: I have been here 4 different times. Good news: Every visit I have been extremely impressed by the knowledgeable and really caring physicians. The staff Drs are two brothers John and Adam Santos. Just by chance I have been treated by each of them twice for different conditions. They take their time and are very through asking probing questions and REALLY listening to the patient. Their course of treatment works and I am very, very thankful to have them their on weekends and when my regular doc can not see me quickly. I have recommended them to my husband and friends. Regarding the other review: This is urgent care not care with an appointment centered around your time. Be a smart consumer, call and see how stacked up they are, perhaps wait at home for an hour. Go prepared to wait for smart, knowledgeable help. Sign in and perhaps wait in your car or take a book,a snack and some patience. In the 4 times there, I have walked right in to having to wait 40mins to be seen by a Dr.
