Unfortunately there are only two pet supply stores in the villages that carry decent foods for your pets. At first I was impressed at the selection that they carried however; neither of these stores carries the brand that my fur-baby likes. When asking about the brand they told me some extremely negative things about the company. This concerned me because this is not the first time I heard these comments regarding the brand that my baby likes. They pushed me into getting a sample pack of primal cat food. At that point I really had no other choice since I have to special order his food and he was almost out. Leaving the store I sincerely didn’t have a bad impression of it until the second time I went in which was over the holidays. I couldn’t get my baby’s food anywhere and he was completely out. My kitty is a very picky eater and if he doesn’t have the food that he loves, well he refuses to eat anything what-so-ever. After going into the store the second time I was telling the employees about my picky eater and was there to pick up a bag of the Primal turkey. (Praying that he would eat some of it until the holidays were over) My mother was with me and she was telling one of the employees how she wishes that my baby would eat dry food since I am always at work. These women were extremely rude to my mother and after telling them a few facts about what the veterinarian told my mother and I about feeding him raw verses dry, the employee basically told my mother that she had no idea what she was talking about. I interjected saying that I think that a doctor would know just a bit more about feeding animals then her. She belittled both of us and told us to go see another vet since our doctor had no idea what she was talking about. I couldn’t believe the treatment we received in this store. I understand that they want to sell their products but when your animal likes a certain type of food and refuses to eat anything else, what does one do? Due to the rude treatment that both my mother and I had, I refuse to go into this store again. We are the paying customers and they should never treat a customer in this way! In fact I would rather drive an hour and half away to get his food then go to this store again. Learn how to treat your customers.
