Great guy to work with. Very thorough!!

Did not fertilize under sod, much of the sod was weeds Did not roll, which left it lumpy and with gaps. Almost impossible to mow. Short about 15 sq. feet of sod that was paid for. Left with the sod on their trailer, which wasn't put out but was paid for. Owner of property, had an emergency and left his elderly father to watch. Juan lied to him about the sod, borrowed a rake from him and then took it with them when they left. Yard looks like C__p. Full of weeds, bumpy spots, gaps, And some of the squares were dead and we have not been able to revive them. Couldn't get Juan's to talk to us about the lawn. He did call about building a deck but when questioned aboutthe lawn, he could no longer understand English.
