        Called him on Tuesday and he said he would be out to give me a quote Tuesday afternoon or Wednesday morning. Waited until late Wednesday to again ask for confirmed appointment. He said he would be out at 6:00 p.m. Thursday for a quote and could do the job on Friday. He never showed up.
