Scooters Plus

I called and gave them the part numbers I needed and told them they didnt have to be OEM but I needed them to cross-reference the numbers so I would get the correct parts. The person on the other end of the line told me that he would need to see the parts to get the numbers off them. I told him that I had the numbers. He exhaled like to say I was bothering him and said, "Go ahead." I read the part numbers off to him and he supposedly wrote them down. He said he was going to need to look them up. I said, "OK. So call me back?" He said, "No. Call me back in a half-an-hour." I got back in touch with them an hour later. The same guy answered the phone. I told him I was the one that called about the parts earlier. He handed the phone off to someone else who said he needed the part numbers. I told him I had given the other guy the part numbers an hour ago. He then asked what I needed. I told him the parts I needed were an air filter and brakes with the part numbers I supplied. He said he had an air filter and 1 set of brakes in stock. I asked, " So these are going to fit my scooter?" He then asked what I had. I told him an Elite 80 and he then told me he had nothing in stock. Apparently these guys dont even know there are different kinds of scooters and that all parts arent universal. I didnt buy the parts obviously but I can say their customer service is terrible.
