Custom Mower Shop

Got a load of gravel delivered and spread today. They arrived on time, put the gravel where I wanted it at a good depth. and it looks great. Will definitely call again for any gravel needs.

Repairs were more that double the estimate. When I asked for explanation of work in writing they cursed at me. Horrible. Just Horrible. I just noticed D.H.'s review. I just wanted to add that we are not the same person, nor do I know him/her.

BEWARE - DON'T TRUST THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!

I sent my riding lawn mower in for the following repairs:

Muffler
Blades
Air Filter
Fuel Filter
Spark Plug
Oil Change

When the riding lawn mower was returned to me, it came with the wrong muffler. I was told that this muffler would work just as well as the correct one. However when I started to use the muffler it was hitting against the the front tire rod of the mower. When I returned the mower, they "fixed" the issue by beating in the muffler so it wouldn't hit on the rod anymore.

I had been using this mower for one year and noticed the blades were not cutting the grass well. When I examined the blades for myself, I could see that they had never been changed! '

I never inspected the mower because I had trusted that all the work that I was charged for would have been done. When I contacted the business owner the only reconciliation that he offered was a "Discounted" price on new blades!

Agree with DH on May 31 2014. Very poor service, services not provided as charged (blade sharpening not done), and rude to customers. Avoid this business.

Gentlemen did a same day estimate. He was very polite and helpful. White rock was done within a couple days. Great service. Would do service again!
