This is the worst dental practice I've ever been to. I went in with severe tooth pain. I was told after one broad X-ray (and no full exam) that I needed a root canal. I scheduled it and began on the antibiotics they prescribed. The pain and swelling got worse and they had me come in again a few days later. The only reason they are getting two stars instead of zero is that they got me in quickly and didn't charge for the follow up which was nice. During this visit the dentist contradicted the advice of the first dentist. The only shining star was the dental assistant I had both times. She was friendly and genuinely seemed to try to be helpful. The day before my root canal the staff was so rude on the phone that I lost all confidence and found another dentist. I went to Crown Hill Dentistry in Clinton instead. They got me in that day. Their staff was amazing. They did deeper X-rays and an exam. Turns out that the root canal I needed was on a different tooth! I'm so glad I switched.
