General Info

40 one-bedroom apartments at ground level, three or four apartments to a building. Water, sewer, and garbage service included in rent, other utilities are paid by resident. Full kitchen including dishwasher (all electric). Bathtub, shower and toilet with grab bars. Central heating and air conditioning, controlled by resident. Cable TV available for reduced bulk rate. Each apartment has a private, gated patio. Two hot meals available daily, delivered to the apartment (extra cost, not included in the rent). Free van service for shopping and doctor appointments Recreation room with kitchen, TV, VCR & DVD players, tables, library, and outdoor BBQ. Three coin-operated laundry rooms on the premises. Garden-like setting, professionally landscaped. On-site management and 24-hour maintenance service. Templeton Gardens does not provide any nursing or housekeeping services. Call for an appointment for your personal tour. (Staff are not always in the office.)
