Service is terrible and no technician knows how to fix it. Called because I kept getting kicked off the internet and the tech. said it was the games that I was trying to play. After he had told me my connection to temple was good he said there was nothing else to do. I told him the things I do on the internet aren't based out of temple. To sum it all up he pretty much told me it was because I could "possible" be gaming outside the U.S. which like I told him should not be an issue. Called up two days later and threatened to cut off my service so they sent a tech out to replace my modem. Easy fix. Internet is working good for now but my directv on demand and playstation 4 were not working. I pull the t.v. out to see the tech had unplugged several different things and just left it. Terrible customer service from the technicians. Any time I would try to explain the problems I was cut off and the tech. immediately blamed it on my stuff or the game server. Now that the modem has been replaced and I hooked everything back up it seems to be running ok for overpriced internet service. I do not recommend this company for t.v. or internet. The reason we have it is because there is no one else in this area. Terrible. Terrible company!!!!!!!
