While the food is great the customer service is no where near that.
Sunday October 24th I went in to pick up a rib sandwich I had ordered. When I got home there was no bread with the sandwich.
When I called the restaurant they told me that I could come back for the bread. I asked if there would be some small compensation for the inconvenience of having to return when they made the error. I said a free small potato salad would be nice.
That's when it turned nasty. There was a lengthy three minute discussion whether to honor the request. The manager on duty that evening said no, they wouldn't give me a side, nor could I come to get the bread. Then blamed me for their not having put the bread in with the order.
I wrote a letter to the owner. I have never heard a word. I'm under the impression that they don't care about the customer. I won't patronize a business who isn't customer service friendly.
