When you see the hall it is a beautiful…

When you see the hall it is a beautiful place for a reception, when you talk to the manager she is polite and everything seems great. Once you have made your payments thats when everything goes bad. They treat your guest as if they are doing a duty for them by being there eventhough you just paid atleast 12 grand or more for them to make your day as special as EVER. The food was cold and eventhough we ordered extra was not enough for a single person to have a good meal. We also opted to pay an extra $55 to have our cake cut and boxed, well lets just put it this way I will not be eatting the top of the cake on our 1 year anniversary because they did not box the top of my cake they decided to put saran wrap on the cake with it not being chilled and therefore the frosting is gone :( They make you pay for security that is not for you or your party it is for the manager Marie, we had a fight break and the security did nothing eventhough we HAD to pay $150 for 2 and only one was even there. THis place is a JOKE. PLEASE save your money!!
