I had my 4 wisdoms pulled 4/27/12, one week later got a checkup and had my full history report printed out(which I had to fight for because they are &quot;only for their records and insurance&quot; not for patients) and it stated that the claim was sent on the 27th. Turns out claim was sent 5/14, and it was only for everything except 2 of the teeth. They sent a claim for the 2 teeth on 7/03 without enough info for the claim to be accepted. This was all unbeknownst of me until I got a call in Sept from a collections agency, never receiving a bill or a call from Smilecare. When I spoke to them they lied about the dates they sent the claims, and stated that it was &quot;new management's&quot; fault that I was sent to collections because when they started they decided to send all people owing $50.00 or more straight to collections. Don't believe any of the reviews that state that new management is good, they are awful and unprofessional. It has now been a month with myself and a supervisor from aetna calling everyday asking for the claim to be resubmitted with the proper information. All we get is that the manager is not in and Gina in billing is on leave, but they will leave a message. right now I have been on hold for 32 minutes because I now am having a bit of an attitude on the phone so I decided to spend my time to write this while waiting. Please no one go to this place, it is the most unprofessional business I have ever not had the pleasure of doing business with!!!
I will say though that the specialist Mirwais Hussainy was awesome though!
