Brilliant doctors, kind and amazing staff and a beautiful facility. I have finally found a veterinarian's office I can trust with the life of my pet. Thank you all.

I have nothing but good things to say about this clinic and the doctors/staff that work there, especially Dr. Oren Drelich. Last week, my family's nearly 11 year old Weimaraner, Max, who'd had epilepsy for several years, took a sudden turn for the worse. This was a very trying and difficult situation for all of us, but Dr. Drelich was very caring, honest, and professional. He went through the options with us, provided what care he could, and told us to come right back the next day if there was no improvement. Unfortunately, Max only continued to get worse, and we decided that it was best to not make him endure any more suffering. Dr. Drelich was very kind and compassionate during the entire ordeal, and told us that we were doing what was best. It was as peaceful as it could be, and we were given all the time we needed to be together with Max in his last moments. The level of care that the staff and Dr. Drelich gave truly meant a lot to us, and I can't thank them enough for it.

I am absolutely dumbfounded that this clinic has a 4.5 star rating!

My father rushed in with my dying dog who was bitten by a rattle snake. After my father in law came inside he was denied. The veterinarian denied my dog because they where closing in an hour. Are you serious? My tiny chihuahua is dying, and you turn him down because you only have an hour until closing? I work MYSELF at a clinic in Arizona and we would NEVER, I repeat NEVER turn down a dog in critical condition. Ontop of this denial, they blatantly lied to my Dad to get him out of their clinic! They said that they called a close by “after hours” clinic. And said that he needed to go there. Arriving at the after hour clinic only to be surprised that ITS CLOSED!? He waited TWO HOURS in the car desperately trying to get our dog some anti venom. The clinic was not even open so who did butterfeild call? That’s right, no one. They denied a dying dog, was incredibly unprofessional, rude and unsympathetic. Outright horrible, lying staff and veterinarian. I hope you all see this review and now what a heart ache and trouble you caused our family. And I hope everyone else can read this review and see what people you really are.

All staff, veterinarians and office and techs alike demonstrate sincere caring toward their furry patients/customers. I've been taking my little rescue dog there for over five years and have never been disappointed.
These people absolutely know what they are doing! My thanks-

We are going to visit today with Lillie, one of our pets. We have found Dr. Drelich and the staff at Butterfield animal hospital to be outstanding since we got out here to California!

Dr. 'D' has brought our cat Tuffy back to health and we are so grateful for all he continues to do for all our animals.

Our Rue, a 14 year old dog, was with her Veternarian Dr. Oren Drelich today.

We are so satisfied with Dr. Drelich, who last year performed surgery on Rue when he removed a very large tumor from her right hindquarter. This surgery was very questionable due to the large size of the tumor, but Dr. Drelich was fanominal not only with Rue's surgery, but with her follow-up care and his calls to our home to find out how Rue was recovering and her demeanor. We appreciated the time he took to inquire as to Rue's recovery and his sincere attitude.



Also, Fauna, a 17 year old, Rue's mother, was recently in to see Dr. Drelich due her back legs "giving out" and her seeming to be in discomfort. After Dr. Drelich's thorough examination, he determined that Fauna was possibly suffering from arthritis and prescribed arthritic and pain medications. A month later after taking the prescribed medications, Fauna is doing much better and is able to use her back legs and is up and about. Fauna has responded to the medications Dr. Drelich prescribed which we are very grafeful for. Again, Dr. Drelich called our home to find out how Fauna's recovery was proceeding. We appreciate his sincere care and consideration.



Dr. Drelich is very consciencious and informative. He is very thorough in his explanations, physical examinations, and conclusions. We feel very fortunate having found Dr. Drelich for Rue and Fauna, and will continue to use his expertise in the care of our animal companions.

Bought a new puppy recently. Had an appointment with clinic for the first time. They made us wait for more than an hour. They've accommodated other patients (maybe about 5 patients) who've arrive later than us. We were called last for no real excuse. The staff said that they have a crazy day. I don't understand that excuse because we were there on time and even minutes earlier than our supposed schedule. When everybody's gone, we were checked in but no doctor came in for another next 20 minutes. So, we just decided to leave, because we still have another appointment. Very bad service. I don't even want to recall how they made us feel. We arrived so excited and happy for our new pup, but left the place so frustrated.

I cannot thank Dr. Drelich enough for being an HONEST doctor!

After having a terrible experience with another Vet, where they tried to rip us off and overprescribe everything, we were desperately seeking a Vet who would just be honest with us and give us the correct guidance we needed to help our dog.

We found that with Dr. Drelich. He was FANTASTIC! He was genuinely CARING and HONEST. We really cannot thank him enough. He listened to us. He used common sense to rule out expensive diagnostics and treatments. He PRESCRIBED ONLY what was needed to help our dog.

I called in around 1:15pm Jan.26th, 2011. very polite and professional.
