We waited over an hour for hamburgers. Four other tables were served before us, three of which came in after us. No apology! We were told that hamburgers take longer to cook. Then the waitress mixed up our orders. No apology! Our table was never checked on again and no one bothered to see if the meal was adequate or to apologize. I still left a tip (having been a waitress myself in college). I also left a concise note about was wrong and asked the waitress to give it to the manager after she read it. The note had nothing ugly or vulgar, just the facts. As we were leaving the cook said "Hey, mix-ups happen". I just shook my head and said nothing. The cook actually followed my handicapped sister and I into the parking lot (at night) to yell "If that's how you feel, you don't have to come back here" at us! When I called the owner to complain about the complete lack of customer service, being accosted by his employee, and to request an apology; I was told that was between me and the cook! No apologies from these people. That must be why you have to pay as soon as you order. Atrocious business philosophy!!!!!!!- Appalling behavior from cook and owner!
