If I could give NO stars, I would. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! My first appointment took over 3 hours. They actually called me to come in early because they had the afternoon free. I guess they actually just wanted me to come in so that I could sit and wait longer. At the follow-up appointment, they didn't even have the supplies necessary for the appointment. Did they call to reschedule or even tell me of the problem? NO!!!! They let me (AGAIN) waste my time by getting off of work and driving there. The office manager at this location, Connie, is one of the most unprofessional people I have ever had to deal with. I highly discourage anyone from going to this place. The doctors may be great, but the office staff and lack of proper procedures make it an absolute joke.

I can honestly say that from my first visit up until now as a current pt, This office has help me so much and to come along way with my dental work. From when my kids were being seen at Apple Seeds up until now as young teens. I love coming in to smiling face and kindness. The doctors are always so help with making me feel so comfortable. This office is really all around great from first coming in for a visit until I'm done with my appointment. Best in the upstate by far!!!

Just had my cleaning this week and the lady was wonderful. Her and Dr. Shea were very thorough. So much so that the Dr. noticed I had been grinding my teeth and not been sleeping well and asked me if I had ever had a sleep study done. When I told him yes, and that i refused to wear that cpap machine! He called in another Doctor named Kip Coventon to examine my airway. He can make me a mouth appliance that I sleep in which will protect my teeth and help me sleep and breath better! Yay for no Snuffleufagus Machine! I cant wait until I get my night guard appliance. They even filed all the insurance forms for me. They always give me the best care even after going there for years.

I loved everyone from the time I walked in. Very professional and very considerate to my needs. I was greeted with such a friendly face and my hygienist and doctor were very caring. The office was very clean and cozy. I met with office manager Connie about my treatment and she gave me every payment option and was very understanding to my financial situation. Thank you Family Dental Health! I look forward to having my dental needs taking care of by you!

If a dentist office can make you feel at home and part of the family then this is the place! They know my families name and we always have pain free visits. What I love about the way they do buisness is when I need a root canal they do it! When my child needs an extraction they do it. My other dentist referred me to other doctors that I didnt know for these things. I like going to one place for all our dental needs.

If you are looking for Pain-Free Dentistry this is your place! Everyone was so warm and friendly that I had to keep reminding myself I was in a dental office. After searching for months for a dentist that accepted my Insurance I finally found one. And they even have evening hours! I am so happy I didn't have to go to one of those franchise dentistry places.
