Bought a 2012 Charger from used car in Feb 2014. Nothing but electrical problems since. Multiple trips to the service dept (6 to be exact) within a 2 month period for the same radio/touch screen issue. They refused to replace it, simply updated it and reset it. Once I reached 36,000. They again reset it, refusing to replace like they should have the multiple times prior. Then proceeded to indicate I would be responsible for the cost. Um no. To top it off they damaged my front bumper cracking the facial and denied all responsibility. Even though I had documentation of work orders proving my case, service manager wouldn't even take the time to listen or investigate. Needless to say, an attorney will be contacted and a lawsuit to follow. Absolutely ridiculous and completely unprofessional and rude staff. Never again will I go to this dealership for anything, simply because of the worthlessness of the service department. They received 1 star simply because I had to put something, otherwise no stars for Taylor Dodge Service Dept.
