Yesterday we had to put down our beloved molly she was 12 years old and there was nothing more we could do for her.The staff went above and beyond expectations molly was my husbands best friend for 12 years and we were of course overwhelmed with grief without them we could have never made it through this difficult procedure we left feeling like we were family.Thank-you again for everything you did for our family. god bless all of you.

Not Recommended

After boarding my dog here for 10 days, she refused to eat the next 4 days and was generally lethargic. After the 1st day of not eating, I took here into our family vet, where a series treatments of throughout the next 4 days did not reveal any issues (blood work, Upper GI, X-Rays, IV, antibiotics...a nice ~$1000 worth of bills). Luckily she started eating on the 5th day and has since been fine. My main issue was I called Rossoni's to let them know what was going on and find out if anything had happened during her stay. They seemed real defensive and would not stop focusing on the 3 hours after we picked up the dog and not the 10 days they had the dog. After it was all said and done, Rossoni did not call or follow up on to see how she was doing, leading to believe they just didn't care, we picked up the dog and now she was our problem not theirs. We did not find the root of the problem, so I do not blame Rossoni for any mistreatment, just would not take my dog back because of their indifference towards the continued health of the animal they boarded.

Not a caring place

My sister has taken her cats & dogs here & I have been the one to pay her bills w/my credit card over the phone w/the Rossoni staff. My vet is in Ann Arbor, and my pit has a bone tumor & they were going to call in meds to a local vet so I didnt have to run out to Ann Arbor, so I contacted my sister & got her vets number. Well when my vet called Rossoni they said we dont know her & we are not going do this & hung up on them. What kinda vet does this?? Thanks for nothing. Not at all happy & WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS VET!

Long time client

I've been going to Rossoni Animal Hosp. for over fifty years. I recently had my 18 year old cat put down and was treated with compassion. Just had shots etc. done to my new puppy and was very much satisfied. Drs. Schollenberger and Rivas were very professional and helpful.

They always take care of my animals health. They use high quality surgical lasers that have always helped my dogs healing. They are very strait forward and know their stuff. Their boarding is also excellent.

Excellent care

I have been taking my pets here for about 9 years, and trust them with my dog that is like my "only child". They have a caretaker on staff and he is OUTSTANDING - you can tell he cares deeply for animals. Both Dr Schollenberger and Dr. Vernier are excellent and so are the technicians. The only reason I didn't give them 5 Stars is because I think they are little pricey, but I am willing to pay a higher price to know my 3 pets are in good hands.

Great vet

I've taken my dog here for 8 years and the staff has always been professional and helpful. Dr. Venier is a great vet.

If love your pet do your self a favor and keep them away from this sorry excuse for a vet. I took my Rott/Lab to this place for a check up and shots. While he is a big dog this vet was incompetent to say the least, I asked her to please give him a shot to calm him down. Her reply was that she didn't need to use any shot that she could handle it.

When she went to look into his ears he bucked and backed away from her, I tried to calm him down and let him know that everything was going to be ok. She started to yell at me saying that his behavior was not ok and that she knew how to ""break"" his spirit. Well after she called in 3 nurses to assist her, I told her to stop that this was NOT going to happen and that my wife and I were leaving with our dog. She started yelling at me to step back that she was going to handle this.... Well that was about enough, I told her that if she didn't leave our dog alone and let us leave that SHE was going to need a doctor. She was trying to get her nurses to sit on our dog and that was enough for me and my wife.

She told us that we may not be welcome back, I laughed at her and said ""I would never step foot in here again"" This place is a joke and abusive to animals, Please do not take your pets there and for god sake don't leave them there over night.
