Hello all, I am a customer that has been coming for the past year to Pennzoil 10 Minute Oil Change. I work at the airport, and am constantly driving to and from work and other places! That being said, I have to put my car in safe hands, and that is exactly what I do... Pennzoil 10 Minute Oil change is employed with not only kind, honest people, but hard working, and determined workers. I came in my first time not knowing what I needed and left with a huge smile on my face, and my pocket wasn't even close to having a dent in it! Flyingpigs4985... I have no idea what you're talking about, out of all the times I've been there and all the friends I have sent over none of them have ever complained! I used to be a customer of an oil shop in that area, and I can tell you that this establishment is 100 times better with every service they give, starting with their customer service, to honesty, and their job well done/commitment. I love the convenience of their coupons, and they always honor it no matter what! The level of commitment that they give to the customer keeps me coming back for more! You should try this establishment, definitely come here! It will not be a trip lost!

Just left this place. I came in for a quick oil change and the manager after getting in the pit, told me my transfer case fluid was bone dry. He told me if I didn't fill it, it would result in 3k worth of maintenance to my jeep. He said he could do it for 300$. I felt like I was being worked over because I was a woman. I left and took it to the valvoline down the street and the lovely ladies there checked it for me. As I had thought the manager at pennzoil had flat out lied. I won't be returning here ever again.

I actually disagree with Jeffery T. below for one simple fact because this facility is located in Taylor Michigan where most of the people are Mechanically educated and this silly trick will not easily fool one of them. This establishment has been around for 20+ years and I've been going to Pennzoil 10 Minute Oil Change in Taylor Michigan for just about most of those 20+ years with my family and friends! I personally know the owner and all of the employees. My family and I drive various cars and whenever we come in they treat me like they treat everyone else, with upmost respect, kindness, and they're always honest. I showed that review to the manager and employees and he said that Jeffery T. had never come in to even voice his concern, and that his employees would never do such a thing! I love this oil shop! I would never go to a different one ever! Good prices, good deals, and people who are always honest, and extremely convenient to have an oil change with a car wash in it! This place is not like other oil shops.

On Saturday May 24th, 2014 at approx 5:55 PM, I took my Taurus in for an oil change at Pennzoil 10 minute oil change in Taylor (10427 Telegraph). Invoice # 00001-051439,Transaction #14052400051439. Technicians had the initials JM & FA. Things were going fine until I heard a sound from under the car as if something struck a part of it. Within a few seconds, the overwhelming smell of gasoline filled my car. The technician doing the work underneath had told me that I had a gas leak coming from my fuel filter. I asked him if he was sure because I had just checked underneath my car that morning and saw that nothing was leaking. I also told him that the fuel filter was replaced not too long ago. He ensured me that it was leaking. He told me that they could repair ir for an additional charge, I refused.



After leaving and arriving at my house, I noticed gas steadily dripping from the fuel filter and creating a fresh gas stain where my car is usually parked. Note that there were no stains on the concrete before this. I took the car back to Pennzoil stating that I had brought my car in for an oil change that Saturday and felt that they had damaged by fuel filter. I asked them if they could put a new one that I had just bought on the car for me for the damage. Tey told me that they would have to charge me $30.00 and then later said that they couldn't because they didn't have the correct items needed to do the job.



I took the vehicle to Big Mike's Auto Repair 2165 Southfield Rd in Lincoln Park. A gentleman named Sam put the fuel filter on for me and showed me the old one. He said that it looked like someone purposely punctured it. His co-worker looked at it and agreed.



My complaint is that I took my car in for an oil change and got a purposely damaged fuel filter as well as a means to extract more money out of me for repair costs. IThis cost me about $100 in leaked gas, as well as $40 for parts & labor. I am highly upset and will never visit this place ag
