        I had my AC and furnace installed about 5 years ago. Jay came out I told him I wanted high effencentcy and told he told me he can let me buy the more expensive unit but he doesn't work like that. Directed me to a cheaper unit. Used what he could from my old stuff to save me money and gave me a great deal. Had an issue 3 summers ago. They came out 3 times looking for a leak. Never paid a dime because he gave me a 5 year warranty. Then they moved my ac unit and only charged me a small amount. I've called a few times and I know when I get Jay he will straight shoot me and try to save me money. He could easily take advantage of me but never has. Highly reccomend them.

        not very professional service

        I am very unhappy with this heating and cooling company. I schedule an appointment no one showed up, so I decided to call and they told me they will get back to me within ten min. They never called me back. Jayco comfort please call your clients if you are not showing up and answer the phone nobodie has time to waste as simple as that.
