Completely unacceptable!! My child was referred to this doctor for the possibility of having cancer of the lymph nodes and this doctor denied seeing him even though we carry the insurance that he accepts. He stated he has the right to decide which cities he wants to accept patients from even though the insurance company I spoke with advised otherwise. So basically if you live in any other city other than Tavares, Mount Dora, or Eustis, you are SOL if you need help from an ENT in Lake County and have United Healthcare.
