in reguards to the guy before me, the grouper was in a 300 gallon tank filled with their live rock, but since then he has been sold and the small smoothound has moved into the 300 gallon tank. plenty of room. as for their quality, i have very rarely seen dead fish or diseased fish, but the times that there are some they have always quickly taken care of it. great staff and reasonable prices. they do a great job, my only complaint may be the wait times because some days are randomly busy with a lack of staff on hand at the moment. these guys are great!

I found this store to be mediocre at best in terms of quality and selection, overpriced and terrible in terms of at least two specimens kept in borderline cruel conditions and the staff's response. Cutting to the chase - they're keeping a largish bumble bee grouper in an open top 'pond' style glass tank of about 100 gallons. The label indicates the fish grows to 6 feet and can be kept in anything over a 210. Even if they were right on the max size, they're wrong on keeping it in a seven foot tank. They also have a Grey 'Smouthhound' (I think they meant smoothhound) in their frag tank. For those that don't know, Smooth hounds are near free swimming and require a lot of space. Since one of the employees happened to be wandering aimlessly in the general vicinity, I asked him how big it gets. "Three feet" he said flatly. I politely told him that they actually get to four or five feet. "Sir, it's three feet." Again, I told him that according to fish base and my own experience , Mustelus

The guys here are great and will help you with anything. They are very helpful with any of your aquarium problems. There's a great selection of livestock and products. One of the best things is that they carry more exotic fish that chain pet stores like PETCO don't. Thanks a lot Greg and Andy.
