General Info

Community Care Services is a private, nonprofit corporation that provides emotional, educational and behavioral support to more than 10,000 children, adults, senior citizens and families throughout the southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Founded in 1952, the organization employs more than 500 individuals that are supported by over 175 volunteers. The organization offers alternative school and after-school programs, residential treatment facilities, and tutoring and outpatient mental health services. Community Care Services supports foster care, teenager parenting, day care, and driver educational programs. Located in Taunton, Mass., the organization offers transportation, residential, education, housing and counseling services. Its programs are supported by the Rhode Island Department of Children, Youth and Families and the Massachusetts Behavioral Partnership.
