Went there a couple of weeks ago. Not so good. No parking. Poor food. Small portions. Defunct TV.
BUT, cute waitresses.

We're breaking up. Technically we weren't even together to begin with, a well-meaning friend set us up for a date, but you were the WORST date EVER. It's not me, it's you. I thought I had a flu, but no, no...it was FOOD POISONING. I just want to tell you that you didn't even disguise your virulent bacterial content well. Not even at all! You tasted terrible, you were incredibly RUDE, and to top it off you made me and eight of my friends vomit for twelve relentless hours. I hate you! Burn in hell!

Do yourself a favor and NEVER GO HERE EVER!! I received the WORST food poisoning of my life from the sushi here - I know this for a fact because everyone else I went with were stricken with severe diarrhea and vomiting as well.
First of all, the sushi wasn't even that great, the sashimi came in giant pieces the size of ice cubes and the texture of the fish was very mushy. Secondly, the service was not up to par; our waitress was the snottiest girl ever with the worst attitude. And the best part was, there was a MASSIVE big screen television placed right at the front of the restaurant, just inches away from our table which was incredibly tacky, distracting, and just very unappetizing.
New Year's plans were cancelled all around for the 8 other people I went with and the State Health Dept. has been notified.
Consider yourself warned!!!

Seven of us dined at this Korean owned sushi joint. We were seated right next to a gigantic big screened TV that played Entertainment Tonight (tacky, much?). After eating the most UNfresh cucumber albacore, crunch, and spicy tuna rolls, I ate just one (thankfully) of the raw sweet shrimp. A friend who is used to eating the sweet shrimp from other sushi restaurants recommended that I DO NOT eat the rest because it's just not right. Just one day later, on New Years Eve, 5 out of 7 of us became severly ill, constantly running to the bathroom with need to vomit and diarreah. It was obvious to all of us that Crazy Tokyo Sushi gave us food poisoning. Needless to say, all of our New Years plans went down the drain (no pun intended.) In addition and mild in comparison, the service was awful. Our waitress was rude and messed up on splitting the bill in two. JUST SAY NO to Crazy Tokyo Sushi in Tarzana.
