Gail's Lampshade Emporium

I loved this shop. Their selection is amazing and the owner was very helpful with tips on how to select the right shade for each lamp. I will certainly shop here again.

Not at all helpful. Wouldn't even check to see if she had the part I needed in stock. Said I should call someone else. DC

Don't even think about doing business here. The proprietor is rude, insulting, and does not appear to understand the most basic principles of customer service. We ordered a lampshade and when we called to inquire about the status of the order, 2 weeks beyond the date it was promised, we were told that we were harassing them. When it finally did come in and my 89 year old mom went to pick it up, she was practically thrown out the door with the lampshade, while the proprietor screamed insults at her. She was shaken for days. If rudeness were illegal, this shop would be shut down tomorrow.
