Buying cars is like going to Disneyland for me. The excitement of buying a new car is always invigorating, but salesmen reminds me of really, really annoying long lines for a roller coaster ride. However, when I stopped by Flammer Ford it was like I was a VIP and they served me hand and foot, I’ve never had such service from even a 4 star restaurant. I really needed a new car and when I stepped on the lot, their Explorer really caught my eye, I test drove about 5 of them and I have to props to Jim for being so patient with me, he even let me test drive the last few myself. I finally picked the car I was most excited about and I’m very pleased to get to drive it home with no problems. There was little wait for finance, but I was distracted by their amazing LED flat screen and pretty good coffee.

I'm am so clueless when it comes to cars, so my trusty boyfriend had to come car shopping with me and he said we should check out Karl Flammer Ford where his dad just bought a car. While I was checking out the coups, my boyfriend started speaking to the salesman about how I could trade in my old car, how much I can afford and the safest car in my price range. I was so stoked when I found out that the Focus Coupe was perfect for me! The test drive was so much fun, but there was a little wait for finance, but they have an awesome television and delicious coffee! So I didn't really mind, especially since my beau was there. All in all, it took me about only a short few hours, which didn't even feel like 1/2 hr. I def. recommend this place if you want a great and fun car buying experience!
A few days after I took home my brand new car the check engine light came on. I called my salesman since he did such a great job selling it to me, very easy going guy and easy to talk to. He told me to bring it in at my convenience and he would let the service department know. I went there after work and the service department was about the close, but they actually stayed an extra hour just to figre out what was wrong with it and luckily it was an easy fix. It's been over six months and I'm still good to go! I just reommended this dealership to my cousin who just moved in the area and yesterday called me and said he's never had such an good experience too! I was happy to have made a good recommendation
