I have been with my company for about 25 years and up until now I have struggled to keep organized with inquiries and billing calls coming in. I tried using a couple employees as receptionists but it became costly in this economy. I went on yellowpages.com to find something i have heard called an answering service. I talked to a few owners and they all sounded the same. there was a little difference in cost and they all said the same thing to me. if you ever called Network One and talked to the owner you would know that this is not the case. The owner maryann always seemed happy to talk with me even if i was upset on something. i would have to admit there was only one billing mistake but she took care of it right away. although my first impression of the company was a good one the service was even better. i would like to give this company a great rating because ive been their customer for a year now! i hope my story will help others to pick a good choice. -Katie Williams
