        Consumer Beware

        I recently had a theft occur in my vehicle while it was being serviced at this car wash. I would highly recommend as a consumer, that you read the complaint I filed against this establishment and the response by the owner. Never put your valuables or trust in this establisment, you will end up a victim like myself. Case # 67173197, www.bbbflorida.org. Thank you.

        It is very unfortunate that this customer feels that I and my organization are in business to steal from customers. The video security system shows no evidence that the items was stolen. I too recommend that a potential customer review the complaint and the response made with the BBB. I offered her services in the amount of her loss as a good faith gesture from me. She has not contacted me to speak about the issue or negotiate a resolution since I filed my response with the BBB. I wish her the best and hope for a satisfactory resolution.
