I live about 35 miles outside of Tampa, so driving to Tampa just to ask questions about seating is not a viable option with the gas prices being so high, and my time spent outside of productive activities to make money is so scarce, so I have tried calling these guys several times over the last two days. No one ever answers the phone. It is absolutely ridiculous. Why even have a contact number if the phone is never manned? It should at least roll over to a corporate call center somewhere (in the US, with English and Spanish options, not Hindi). They are shooting themselves in the foot by lacking any customer service what-so-ever.
