I can't thank Chris and Matthew enough for going over and above for me today. First of all I called and had the most pleasant customer service from Chris. I explained my situation that I recently had some work done elsewhere and that I had been experiencing some very intense scraping and grinding noises since my repair. He told me confidently that he could get me taken care of and that he could get me right in.
When I arrived Matthew proceeded to show me what was done incorrectly with the previous repair that was done elsewhere (which was very evident once he showed me). He broke everything down to me very clearly and we agreed on moving forward with the repair.
While in the waiting room there were several times that someone came through and checked on me and communicated where they were at in the repair process. The manager even sat beside me and went over and above any customer service that I have ever received in an automotive shop.
I would highly recommend this Total Care Tire shop to anyone. They will make sure to address your concerns and treat you fairly.
I left today feeling very confident that the next time I need anything repaired on my vehicles that I now have a place I can trust will take care of me.

Went to this location to get both sets of brakes done. After the car was finished a mechanic called me in the garage... Told me that "I must have lived in the rusties place evert".. Granted I am originally from Pennsylvania. The car is an 2007 and I moved to Florida in 2009. Of course the SALT will cause some rusting .Then he persisted to tell me that I "should have been charged a LOT more due to all the labor the guys had to do". Excuse me? My bill was already almost $500.00! Thanks for the information??? Extremely, extremely rude. I will NEVER be back at this location EVER again!
