This used to be one of my favorite restaurants, and now I doubt that I will ever go back. While the staff was friendly, the food was a waste of time and money. The sangria was a watered down concoction that reminded me of Hawaiian Punch (they used to mix the pitcher right at your table with a whole bottle of wine). The salads were comprised of warm, anemic ice burg lettuce with one slice of tomato and some boxed croutons. When our entrees arrived the portions were small and lukewarm (their response to this problem was to put it back under the heat lamp for a few minutes, which dried out the pasta and left the internal temp of the chicken as cold as it was before re-heating). The lasagna is now more rubbery pasta than anything else, and the Chicken Parmesan is really a spaghetti dinner with a single chicken breast on the side. The only thing that was still as good as always was the sour dough bread and the herb butter. The biggest disappointment was that I remember how good their food used to be; we have been loyal customers over the years and have celebrated dozens of family milestones here. It is obvious that they are cutting corners and the food is the greatest casualty. But it was more than the bad food. Even the ambiance of the old brick and and hard wood interior has been destroyed by harsh lighting and, sadly, the place now runs more like a bad banquet hall than a restaurant. The worst part is that this was not an example of one ""off"" night, and the problems are so numerous that I don't think a chat with the manager would make any difference. I doubt they will be open much longer, and at this point, it really will be no loss. For others who remember the way it used to be, I am sorry to be the bearer of bad news. For those who have never been, please be warned.

We're from out of town and was looking on the 'net for a restaurant near the Hillsborough College Performing Arts Theater-A wonderful new facility in Ybor City! Saw some nasty reviews of the Warehouse but was not detered. After the concert, I asked some of the locals and got mixed reviews....... Decided to go anyway! What a pleasant surprise! The happy hostess took us to a nice booth that has plenty of room, even for fat people like us. :) That's unusual these days as they keep trying to squeeze in more and more tables at most eateries. We like a sweet wine and Antoinette, our personable server, recommended the sangria and brought us a sample to try. It was very tasty so we opted for it. She brought the sangria and two large glasses of water, without our asking! The bread arrived-sour dough with a special butter. It's okay but no cigar. The salads were crisp with good veggies. There was a birthday party of 12 that Antoinette was serving also but she did a very good job of taking care of us and them. I had ordered the spaghetti feast (two meatballs and Italian sausage) and the date ordered fettuchine alfredo-manicotti combination. We like more sauce so Antoinette delivered extra and the meal was delicious! The food is very inexpensive. We will not get the Feast and the Combination next time which would save a little on the check and no doubt be plenty to eat. After dinner, we explored some of the different rooms. There is a full sized trolley car that you can climb aboard and dine while ""underway!"" I was impressed with the bronze engraving with the presidents from Washington to Lincoln's pictures. There is a huge parking garage across the street but we got lucky and got a parallel parking spot in front of the restaurant. Got lucky and slid the Tahoe in on the first try! :) We had a GREAT time and would highly recommend this restaurant in Ybor City, FL.

I loved my visit to Spaghetti Warehouse. What an interesting place with all the Tiffany lamps, antique looking pictures, brick walls. I was told by our server that the building used to be a cigar factory....how cool. He showed us the tracks in the brick floor where they used to cart in the tobacco. Enough about the scenery... the food was delicious. The sourdough roll was perfectly baked with a crispy outside and nice and hot center. I smothered my bread with the garlic spread. We tried the zuchini appetizer, it was spears of zuchini breaded served with dipping sauce, I chose ranch for mine. Then they brought out wedding soup which was so good with tiny meatballs, pasta, chicken and vegetables in a chicken broth. I ordered a Crusted Tilapia that was served with vegetables and pasta. The fish was cooked perfectly and the pasta with garlic sauce was such a tasty compliment. I was fully satisfied (let me emphasize FULL).

This was my first visit to the Spaghetti Warehouse and it will be my last. The location and size are the only pros about it. I order chicken marsala, and the marsala wine sauce was thick and lumpy like gravy, and the chicken looked like it came from Sam's Club. On top of the the marsala wine sauce beening thick, it didn't even taste good, I would of been happier going to The Olive Garden. I was just really dissappointed.

I would give this place less than one star if possible. We have lived in Tampa for a number of years but this was the first (and last) time we tried the Spaghetti Warehouse. Food was slow to come and disgusting.
The worst thing was when we looked at the bill. $60.00! I could NOT believe it. For slop they should be ashamed to serve they charged a huge amount. I could have gone to McDonalds and gotten better quality food. Disgusting!

Service was average a little on the abrupt side with no smile. We ordered seafood alfredo, chicken tetrazzini and both were horrible. The seafood had tiny frozen shrimp in it. Nothing fresh, no scallops and no lobster. The chicken tetrazzini has cheap mushrooms on top and only 2 pieces of chicken the sause was not the best either. So I sent the chicken back and ordered a chilli instead. The chilli was too smokey with a bite to it like it was old. The salad we got for 2 was more like a salad for 1 so we had to request more. We got the whipped butter in a paper cup. We will not be returning to a cheap type restaurant with low quality food. It really tasted like a TV dinner! Yuck. I will not tell my friends to go here.
