A REAL bagel shop in South Tampa!

I moved to South Tampa from the NE and I've been searching for an authentic Bagel shop. I buy a dozen almost every week and I've tried numerous places. I was so excited when TBB Co. opened. These are what bagels are supposed to taste like, crusty on the outside, chewy on the inside. \r My only complaint is everytime I go, the bagels seem to be overcooked. Either the bottoms are burnt or the entire bagel is too dark. This wouldn't be too bad except I like to buy a dozen, freeze them, then toast them later. When they are overcooked to start, they end up too tough. It hasn't stopped me from buying, but if I see they are overcooked, I'll only buy one instead of a dozen. Hopefully they are just working out the kinks as they recently opened. \r Overall I am a fan of Tampa Bay Bagel Co.
