Truist

I am in this branch almost every friday to make a deposit...usually on my 1 hour lunch break since i work nearby..about a year and a half now ive been going here. There is usually a long wait and one person working the window while other employes don't seem to be doing much.. The staff for the most part are not friendly or courteous. I had an incident last Friday where i was not allowed to make a deposit of 2 checks that were sighned over to me..the bank manager totally humiliated me in front of my coworkers and other patrons in the bank..everyone in this branch knows me by my first name and are familiar with the business where i work..i feel this manager or whoever she is (Marjory) has an attitude and ego problem...i never look forward to doing business at this branch
