Run, don't walk away from Andrew Spicola. He will not answer your calls, and is rude once you finally do get ahold of him. Chose any attorney before him, he was very rude and insulting. He took his fee and did nothing for me.

I had a horrible experience with this attorney. Should have researched him first. He does not answer calls, texts or messages except the first to get paid. Receptionist was rude too.Charged $99 for traffic violation, lost the case. Would not recommend this man to anyone.

I contacted Andrew to fight a following to closely violation. My violation was $153.I asked him what his charge would be and he said $75.I then asked what the worst case scenario would be with my ticket. He said $63 for court cost and that would be it.So my total bill would be $75.Lawyer $63.Court cost Total $138.Now I still owe the $153 and have to pay him $75.Andrew has never called me or mailed me to let me know results of the case. Trial was 12/18 now 1/8 I get results. Very bad communication. I called Andrew 5 times and left 2 messages before he called me back. When he did he threatened me he was going to call the district attorney for harassment.
