I stopped in to have them look at a 35+ year old ruger pistol I acquired as a gift, more than willing to pay the minimum gunsmithing fee to have them take a look at it (jamming). Instead, he recommended that I try different ammunition to make sure that wasn't the problem. Also showed me the various rifles/pistols in stock and answered my questions, no sales pressure at all. I like doing business with people who aren't out to squeeze every last dollar they can get out of me.
