Good idea but not 100% happy
$40 for full groom package w/ day car for the remainder of the day which is nice but I told the front desk I wanted my puppy to swim,to go in the pool. They let me booked the appt on satuarday and when I picked him up and asked how'd he do in the pool? "oh we only use the pool during the week" now why didn't she say that before I paid $40 >=| then when I got my puppy he looked as if he was clean, trimed but not groomed.he had tons of hair on him. I ever gave the groomer a picture to look at,therefore I don't see why there was an misunderstanding.

Doggy daycare is give for free when a dog is in our facility for grooming as long as the dog is up to date on vaccines and spayed/neutered. The pool is used when the weather allows. There is no guarantee that a dog will get pool time unless you request private pool time. We, when weather allows, take each daycare group to the pool for at least one hour (usually more) during the day. If a dog was brought in after their designated daycare group had gone to the pool or was taken to grooming before their time for the pool, they would not get to go. The pool is used 6 days per week, when weather allows. That is our only restriction on pool times.
Our groomers are trained to take time with their clients to insure the cut is precise. There have been occasions that more hair/fur was left than the owner wanted or expected, and these situations are immediately corrected when brought to our attention.
We are committed to the care and safety of the dogs and cats in our care first and foremost. We strive for exceptional levels of customer care.
