Dr. Kott is the kind of Doctor I have searched for all of my life. She is phenomenal at Counseling (coaching), Energy clearing, guiding me thru meditation to let the old thoughts go. I feel absolutely fabulous when I leave her office. I feel light and airy and totally relaxed...

Her knowledge of Chinese medicine is outstanding and her personality is warm, friendly and open. I always feel like I can tell her everything that is on my mind.

I started seeing Dr. Kott over a year ago due to trouble sleeping, feeling drowsy during the day, upper back pain, and a few other minor things which arose over that time. Over this time all these ailments deceased greatly, some completely. I’m sleeping better than I ever have and have more energy each day. My back pain is decreased and most of the time not present. She also has educated me on many other things, such as nutrition to help my body reach a more balanced place. I was very pleased for my first acupuncture experience. I originally went to Kerry for neck pain and after my first visit, my neck pain was extremely reduced and continued to reduce in pain after follow up visits and completely resolved. The amazing part was that issues that I didn't even know I had begin to resolve. My digestion improved and I am able to now have a daily bowel movement. I'm sleeping more consistantly through out the night (even though my husband snores). I was also able to manage my stress levels more effectively. I have a pretty high stress and intense job and some days wasn't sure how I'd ever make it to the end of the day. Now I'm able to manage it so that it doesn't consume and drain me. That's a remarkable feeling.. to begin to feel like myself again. My husband even notices how happier I am.
