April 25, 2008 - Doesn't like it - From my first experience I found these people are rude and could careless about the customer. If someone deosn't respect it's customers why would you want to spend your hard earned money there. They will try to charge you for water or tarter sauce etc. I found myself spending approximately $8-$10 for my meal and asking for a 2 oz container of tarter suace and being told I have to pay .50 for it. When I told the clerk if she could not provide it with the meal I would not be back. She said ok. She could have cared less. Wasn't that pleasant to go spend my money to argue for my dinner not get what I wanted. Then when I got home I bit into one peice of fried fish to find a partially cooked paice of whiting fish. I calle dto get my money back and told her I will bring the food back. She refused and offerred only to replace food. You think I want to eat their food after that? In the call she hung u on me, played game, pretended she couldn't understand english, kept telling co-workers about the call while they all laughed in the back ground. Told me the owner lives in China so I can't reach him. She wasn't the manager in the begining of the call by the end of the cal lshe was. After she hung up on me I called back and she just said no refund and hung up again. She on the 3rd call said the manager would be there in a week. What a wonderful, relaxing, friday night rewarding dinner, after a long hard week of work. Certainly NOT!!!!!
