Oscar Used Auto Parts

Bought a steering wheel from this business, and one of the very delicate clips was broken. I contacted the business and a lady answered the phone (she spoke with broken English - is the only description I can give since she would not give me her name, nor transfer me to a supervisor or owner). She claimed that it was my fault that the clip was broken! I made many efforts to explain to her that the clip arrived like that but she would not listen to me at all. Every mechanic knows that these specific clips are very delicate, and should be removed with care. This one appeared to be removed by someone not familiar with this rule and the clip was already cracked to the point where it fell apart as soon as it was handled. To no avail. She continued to blame me for the broken part and would not give me a refund ,would not give me an allowance, would not send me a shipping label, nothing! What a rip-off. Such unprofessionalism, and lack of respect for a customer that spent his hard-earned money with a business. Don't do business with this company unless you make an attempt to get a refund for a part that doesn't work, is broken, or simply just does not work, you are in for a huge disappointment... aside from being called a liar, you will be humiliated, and you will lose money, just like me!
