I used to drive all the way to Boy Scout Road to get my Moe's so I was thrilled to see a Moe's in my neighborhood. This is neither a Taco Bell Grande nor a family place owned by a guy from Laredo. Moe's is part of a huge chain, but they don't act very corporate.
The menu is huge - quesadillas, tacos, fajitas, burritos, salads, and even rice nowls in a whole bunch of combinations. Moe's is proud to be a ""NO Stop"" - no MSG, no transfats, no freezers, no microwaves. You can stand three feet from the person makng your food and I like to give last minute instructions.
Moe's was meant to be fun - not a fast food place where you couldn't pick out the staff from a lineup five minutes after getting served. As they like to yell out ""Welcome to Moe's.""
