I had the sampler platter - a mix of 3 of the BBQ items. I would recommend the ribs and briskett. The chicken was only so-so. But overall it was yummy. There are many sides to choose from - the corn casserole was the best but just beat the smashed potatoes with gravy. I also had the bottomless fresh squeezed lemonaide which was just right - not to sweet or tart. I will return.

We went to lunch one day with co-workers, our waitress was strongly recommending BBQ Pork. We were very disappointed of their BBQ Pork, the best part of the meal was their steamed broccoli which brought to us by mistake. Don't think will go back there anymore.

Great restaurant for Carolina Style barbeque. Best pulled pork sandwich around, it's addicting! Always good food, service is usually very good, prices are very fair. This location is open for lunch as well which is a big plus.

As someone who travels quite frequently I often stop at Bbq places throughout the country. Lee Roys surprised me at first because it is a chain but doesn't taste or give you the treatment of a normal ""chain"" establishment. The food is incredible!! They have 4 different sauces and upon asking will bring them all out to try, I think the georgia sauce is the best. They have amazing fried green tomatoes and sweet heat fried chicken (I'm getting hungary just thinking about it!)..There are too many good things to list. People say the price is a little high for a bbq restaurant ($9-18 dollars an entre) but the helpings are so big you will have plenty of leftovers, but don't take my word because one visit and you will be hooked....that's a promise!

selmon's. mmmm.\r please try it.\r so many decisions. so be prepared to ask the wait staff to give you a bit more time to look the menu over (again). \r yummy stuff.\r everyone will surely be pleased. deciding is truly the hard part.\r when the food arrives, restrain yourself (or not) from asking for 'just a taste' of something on anothers plate. after all, you are enjoying this with your family. a birthday (did that), a first date (did that too), or a good friend who also enjoys good southern cooking.\r \r \r

This place is awesome for any sports fan and BBQ fanatic. They have 4 different BBQ sauces and all of them are delicious. Service can be a little slow at peak hours, but go there for lunch and it is not so crowded. Lee Roy was a great Buc and now has a great restaurant. Kudos to him!

We dined at the bar - we didn't have a reservation and waiting for a table seemed forever. Both the service and the food were great. The waitress was very attentive and helpful. I had Salmon and my boyfriend had the rib for entree. The portion was really big, we could barely manage to finish 1/3 of it. We will definitely go back there again!

This is one of the best restaurants I have been to in a while. The food is excellent, I recommend the fried green tomatoes. The prices are great especially with the portion size you get, but best of all was the service. there was never a time that my waitress was gone and nowhere to be found. I do recommend calling ahead to be seated though, especially at the new one in Largo.

Given my first trip to Tampa, and travel solo, I was concerned as to where I wanted to eat. I stayed close to Lee Roy Selmon's place and decided to try them. It was the best decision I made. I actually ate there 3 of the 4 days I was in town and had a wonderful time licking my fingers after eating the BBQ! Yes..its downright good!

The food is great! Some of the selections are quite unique and have cute names. Classy with very nice staff. Could use more parking though.
