Lecada Medical Artistry

I am very happy with all of the treatments I have received at Lecada. Everyone is very professional and doesn't try to sell you products and services you do not need. I appreciated their honesty and concern for what was the best plan for me. I am thrilled with my results and will continue to recommend them to all.

I love Lecada Medical Artistry. I have been going to them since July 2015. I have lost 140 pounds now with their great friendly and supportive staff getting the B12 Shots. This has also improved my health and well being. They always great you by name when you walk in and they always have great smiles on their faces that make my day and my stressful job I have. They have specials all the time that allow you try their other great options they offer and if it comes with discounts that get you coupons from items used. They will sign you up so you can get your next procedures with discounts. I have also been trying the Botox and I was scared at first. But dang I have a fore head that now has not lines at all. I so love it. You have got to go and try them. You will not be disappointed and you will look forward to coming back every single time. The office is spotless with great relaxing music and nice modern furniture. A+++++

Okay.. I gave Lecada 2 stars because staff is extremely friendly. When u called to sign up I was giving one price when I arrived I received another. On top of that the MA wasn't informative so my appointment was lo ger because all my questions was being answered by the Senior MA. My second, I was siting outside the building for one and a half because I was given inncorect appointment time and my weight was written incorrectly. Now I had missed my next appointment because of my grandfather's funeral and one for a surgery I had done. When I go back I' was told I was renewing... I pumped the brakes .. I'm owed 2 weeks of shots.. no I was told I forfeited my weeks and it was time for a renewal. I've done weigh loss with shots with Tampa Rejuvenation and never experienced this before. So of course I'm upset. Money down the drain. Besides that like I said the staff is extremely friendly especially the Senior front desk.

What a wonderful experience! From the owner Dana to Dawn and Kate these ladies are nothing short of unbelievable. They are warm and friendly and want nothing but success for their patients. They have clear and honest explanations for any and all procedures. I can't say enough on how this practice has made me feel better about all facets of my life. Their concern and attention left me knowing that I wouldn't visit any other spa/wellness clinic. I have and will continue to recommend them to friends, family and strangers. I thank them for all they have done. From their weight loss to their stellar facials everything they do is top notch! They are reasonably priced and give you the care you deserve! I go back not because I have to but because I'm vested in them as much as they are vested in me. Thank you lecada!

The magic of Lecada's dermal fillers took years off my face but my neck could not hide my age (58). I have had four Exilis skin tightening treatments and am amazed at the result. The procedures were painless, took under an hour, and I had no recovery time. Lecada's staff made sure I was comfortable, informed, and followed up with phone calls to make sure I was satisfied. Improvement was visible after the 2nd treatment (4 were recommended) and it continues to get better. I was so happy with outcome, I had my upper arms done, as well. Thanks, Lecada...I've ditched the scarves and am wearing sleeveless tops again!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience. The staff was pleasant and welcoming. My treatment with the physician was the best I have had in the area. A coworker of mine recommended this place and now I know why. Very cool place.....I will be back for more.

I had a very bad experience at Lecada! I had an Exilis treatment done that has left me in severe pain and swelling. I called to notify them the very next day after my treatment and they didn't seem too concerned and told me that the doctor was not in the office that day. I asked to speak to the owner and was informed she was not there that day either. I left a message for the owner to call me that day as wells as days to follow. I continued letting them know how much pain I was in and had a knot/nodule on my lower abdomen after the treatment. Finally after several phone calls and 10 days later, the owner called me. But once again, I was informed that the doctor was NOT in the office at that time either and I would have to wait an additional four days to see the doctor. The owner has NEVER spoken a word to me since that day, but wrote several emails attacking me, blaming me and contradicting herself in several of them. After refusing to SPEAK to me on the phone, she finally agreed she would talk to me when I went in for my appointment. At my appointment, the doctor told me she could feel the knot / nodule in my abdomen and would be "very concerned" if it was her. She told me I needed to see my own doctor. There was nothing they could do. This knot was NOT there BEFORE the Exilis treatment and I was NOT having PAIN before the treatment. I had a Pet Scan, Cat Scan and was examined by my own doctor PRIOR to the Exilis treatment. The nurse, Kerry treated me very disrespectfully while I was there. She lied to me and raised her voice at me. I was told the owner would be coming in the room to talk to me but the owner NEVER stepped foot in the room. They basically told me to leave and they would not do anything else for me, even after I asked them to send me to have an ultrasound done. They refused that as well. Very UNPROFESSIONAL business that I would NEVER recommend if you value your HEALTH!!!
